Early stages of my book,...... I plan to produce a book using photographs and works, the images above are from a collection of current work “echo’s of space in glass”.The fabrics and papers I've chosen to use are all hand made and imported from Japan. The paper is a handmade light brown ceder bark washi with a smooth surface which contains many fine fibers with a sence of delicate luster. The outer skin of the book is made from a very thin and old leather which i plan to distress and sand down to give the book a very vintage feel. I want the book to feel and smell like it's been around for years, hopefully it will have a nice handmade and rustic delicate feel.
